Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Sinux Signals (the "Service"), a web dashboard operated by Sinux Consulting (SSM Registration No. 202503207573) ("we", "us", "our") that aggregates and displays trade-related messages posted by analysts in connected Discord servers. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. By using the Service you represent that you meet these requirements.
2. The Service
Sinux Signals connects to Discord servers you have been authorised to access and displays trade signals, watchlists, analysis, and related information that analysts post in those servers. It is an informational and organisational tool only. Data, prices, and signals may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. The Service integrates with Discord but is not endorsed by, sponsored by, or affiliated with Discord Inc.
3. Access and Discord sign-in
Access requires signing in with Discord. You authorise us to receive certain information from Discord as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Discord account and for all activity carried out under your access.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service, other users' data, or our systems; (c) scrape, resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit data from the Service without our written permission; (d) interfere with or disrupt the Service; or (e) misrepresent your identity or access rights.
5. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by Sinux Consulting and protected by applicable laws. Trade signals and content originate from third-party analysts and their respective owners. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service for your personal, internal use.
6. Third-party services
The Service relies on third-party providers, including Discord (authentication and message delivery), Supabase (database and authentication), and Vercel (hosting). Your use of those services is subject to their terms, and we are not responsible for their availability or performance.
7. Availability and changes
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without notice. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, accurate, or error-free.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that signals or data displayed through the Service will be accurate or timely.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sinux Consulting and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or trading or investment losses, arising out of or relating to your use of (or inability to use) the Service, even if advised of the possibility. Our total aggregate liability for all claims relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amounts you paid us for the Service in the three (3) months before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) USD 100.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Sinux Consulting and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to your use of the Service or your breach of these Terms or applicable law.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service, in whole or in part, at any time, with or without notice, including for breach of these Terms, suspected unlawful or harmful use, or to protect the Service or others. Provisions that by their nature should survive — including disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, and governing law — survive termination.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes are indicated by updating the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
13. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Malaysia.
